Alexandra Daddario is expanding her property portfolio; the big name of HBO’s The White Lotus has reportedly picked up an elegant Hancock Park Mansion previously owned via Shameless Creator John Wells.

According to Yahoo!, the $7.3 million Daddario dropped for the property is just a dash greater than the $7 million Wells bought it for again in January of 2020. But it looks like Daddario got a decent bargain as Wells put the property on the market for $7.9 million, a very reasonable deal for the newly renovated home in one among Los Angeles’ most exclusive neighborhoods.

Daddario, who had her step forward portraying Annabeth Chase in the Percy Jackson movie sequence, has been smartly gained as her role Rachel Patton in this year’s critically acclaimed satirical comedy The White Lotus. HBO has already announced plans for a second season.

It shouldn’t come as a marvel that Daddario and her spouse, film producer Andrew Form, had been looking for an expensive new piece of real estate. Last December Daddario offered her Los Angeles midcentury bungalow within the Hollywood Dell neighborhood for $1.5 million.

Form used to be in the past dwelling along with his wife, The Fast and the Furious actress Jordana Brewster, in a $10 million Brentwood mansion. After the couple recently finalized their divorce Brewster bought out Form’s 50% proportion in that house.

The couple's new house rests mid-block on one in every of Hancock Park’s most affluent streets, hidden in the back of manicured hedges. The house was once inbuilt 1927 and is evocative of “French Mediterranean” in style, with beautiful grounds “harking back to the French nation-state.”

The architecturally sublime exterior contrasts with the decidedly fresh and on-trend inner. According to Dirt, The house was once designed by means of high-powered L.A. architect William Hefner and his spouse, the past due Japanese interior designer Kazuko Hoshino. It used to be Hoshino who designed the 5,300-square-foot home’s interiors, which have been described as restrained but treading a slim pathway between formal and informal. Subtle decorative touches all through the mansion are described as complementing, now not clashing, the homes general clean lines.

Both Daddario and partner Form sign up for a long list of celebrities who have known as Hancock Park home. Some well-known people who have referred to as the exclusive neighborhood house include Boxing great Muhammad Ali, Singer Natalie Cole, actor Jake Gyllenhaal, and congresswoman Maxine Waters.
