George Clooney Made A Small Fraction Of What Arnold Schwarzenegger Earned In "Batman & Robin"

Despite a star-studded solid, the 1997 Batman & Robin superhero film fell approach underneath fan expectancies.

The solid was once full of a number of big-named film stars from the '90s. George Clooney took over the Batman/Bruce Wayne function from Val Kilmer, who determined to step away from the franchise following Batman Forever (1995). In that interview with Stern, Clooney admitted that "it actually hurts to watch" the film.

The extremely detrimental opinions from enthusiasts and critics resulted in the cancellation of a deliberate sequel, Batman Unchained. The movie's director, Joel Schumacher, even apologized to people who were disillusioned by Batman & Robin.

Following the release of Batman & Robin, it will be every other eight years until another are living motion Batman movie (Batman Begins) hit the massive screens.
